She is Founder & Chairman of Life Care Centre, Life Care IVF, Lifecare Endo-surgery, Global Stegmann therapy & research dedicated to Stem Cell Therapy.

- She was Founder Chairman of Dept. of Gynae of Pushpanjali Crosslay – Hostpital and NOW Max super specialty hostpital Vaishali, Pushpanjali Institute of IVF and Infertility (2008-2014)
- She is Founder and Secretary General of Delhi Gynecologists’ Forum and runs 4 forum in Delhi – North, South, East, West.
- She is also Founder and Chairman of WOW INDIA. She is Co-founder and Co- Chairman of Medico Legal Forum.
- She is a passionate Teacher and Medical Social Worker and Decorated for this activity both at Delhi and National level.
- Her Contribution to Women health and enriching Gynecologists’ Knowledge and Skills is immense and her services are recognized in her life time.
- She has been decorated by several decorated National Awards, Received Life Time Achievement Award of Lady Harding Medical College, Delhi Gynecologists’ Forum.
- She is behind many National Movement, be it female foeticide, Movement against Anemia, Janani Suraksha Yojna, Uniform Rape Victim Examination Save uterus campaign and Say ‘No’ to Cervical Cancer and many other to her credit.
